Love Your Reflection Self-Study Course
The journey to reconciling the ‘face’ you show the world and the way you feel inside is one that is traveled over a lifetime – and for women, it is particularly difficult to balance the unrealistic images shown in fashion magazines and on television with the imperfect yet attractive and appealing reality that faces them every single day.
This self-study course is designed to empower you with practical information on how to put your ‘best face forward’ in your everyday life, while encouraging you to discover, appreciate and manifest your best and most authentic self. Discovering your True Image – inside and out – might seem daunting at first, but taken a step at a time, it will be fun, easier than you might think, and more rewarding than you might imagine.
Every one of the 30 self-directed lessons in this course combine to empower you to design, implement and maintain an authentic and attractive image that reflects who you truly are and helps you to change negative thought processes and patterns into positive ones.
Included with each lesson in the course are background facts and information that you can apply immediately to your personal circumstances, thought-process changes to help you focus your emotions and energy in a positive direction, and action steps to keep you moving forward into a new, empowered future. The background facts and information are based on time-tested principles from the image consulting and coaching industry and have been used to help thousands of women love what they see in the mirror each day.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE COURSE
- Focused and specific image development lessons – 30 lessons in total – including skin care, color theory (cool vs warm), body frame and shape, wardrobe planning, accessories, personal promotion and public speaking

This course is designed to be “consumed” at one lesson every three days, but the self-paced option lets you tackle more than one lesson at a time if you are ready. Each lesson includes both audio and written materials, which can be provided via online downloads or in physical form (printed action guide and CD’s).
